Payment and Shipping
Whosontour is committed to providing you with the highest level of customer satisfaction.  All of our merchandise is inspected and carefully packed to ensure it arrives in the condition you expect. Most in-stock orders ship via UPS Ground within 24 hours and are automatically guaranteed against damage that may occur during transit. UPS Next Day orders within the continental US must be placed by telephone and received by 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time to be eligible for next day delivery.  Pennsylvania residents are charged 6% sales tax on all items and applicable shipping and processing fees. Customers outside the US are responsible for paying any duty or charges levied by their respective country. Please be sure to accurately submit your billing and shipping information to avoid any delay in processing.  We are unable to cancel, change, combine or add items to an order once it has been processed. Please note that all uncut trading card sheets are shipped flat in a sturdy, corrugated enclosure and cannot be combined with other non-like items. Returns and Exchanges
Whosontour has a no return policy on all of its products.  All sales are final.  If you receive an item in error we will gladly exchange it for the correct product as long as it is returned to us within 5 days of delivery in its original, unopened condition.  You will not be responsible for return shipping charges if we've made a mistake. Merchandise damaged in transit must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for an exchange. We will gladly assist you in filing such a claim should it be necessary.  Refunds will be issued to the original payment source after receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) and only when a replacement is unavailable for shipment.  Whosontour will not accept any returns without prior written authorization.
